KAPAR

Mediteranska biljka kod koje se koriste pupoljci veličine zrna bibera, koji se konzerviraju u sirćetu. Kapari se stavljaju u salate i pikantne sosove. Iseckan i pomešan sa peršunom bifteku daje poseban ukus.

Lekovito svojstvo - Olakšava varenje i podstiče apetit.
